October 31 - December 17: Do you love bacon? I do, but I'm also vegetarian, so I can't eat it. But, that doesn't stop me from making bacon art for The Bacon Show at Mew Gallery at 906 Christian Street in South Philadelphia. The opening reception is November 7th, 5-9 pm. See Branches, a show of my new work at Highwire Gallery in Philadelphia. This show focuses on trees and tree-like forms, contrasting them with geometric figures and rigid grid-like structures. March, 2007:

March 2: See my Recessive Traits paintings and some new merchandise at the eighth Philadelphia Big Art Show at The Rotunda, 4014 Walnut Street. This is the kick-off of the Big Art Show tour, so it's very exciting for all! Doors open at 7PM. Admission is $5, and all ages are welcome.

Recessive Traits merchandise and artwork are for sale at Mew Gallery, 906 Christian Street in South Philadelphia. Mew is an art gallery, consignment boutique and creative workshop with lots of great work by Philadelphia artists. They're located near the Italian Market and Sabrina's Cafe. July, 2006:

July 22: See my stuff at Lazertown, 3245 Amber St., Philadelphia for the Big Art Show! Make sure you wear adequate eye protection and bring your lazer gun because it's going to be lazer tag all night long... I'm not sure if that's really true, but what the hell, it would be fun! Doors open at 7 PM and admission is $5... this one is all ages, so bring the kids, spring grandma out of jail, round up the uncles and aunts! I'll be showing some work and selling some shirts and other stuff, plus I'll have my paintball gun... I mean, lazer gun... damn, I hate it when I get them mixed up!

June, 2006

June 10: In Liquid's Art for the Cash Poor art sale is always a lot of fun, with over 100 artists showing and selling their underpriced work (everything for sale must be under $199) plus music, raffle, food and drink. This year it will be at The Crane Arts Building, 1400 N. American Street and the art sale will be from 1-7 PM. Admission is free.

May, 2006

May 6: I'll be at Bar Sputnik in Brooklyn for the Big Art Show. Doors open at 8PM. Admission is $5, and this show is for 21 and older.

January 6-29: Mail artist Ryosuke Cohen and I have a piece in the Highwire Gallery Side by Side Group show.

January 14th: I'll be showing work and selling merchandise at the Tainted Art Party from 7 PM - 1:30 AM at the legendary in Asbury Park, New Jersey. See from the event.

I'll be participating in the Highwire Gallery Small Works Group Show from Dec. 2-30, 2005.

Also, my painting Barn Door and Window is in the Affordable Art for the Holidays show at Projects Gallery, running from December 2, 2005 - January 29, 2006.

I will be showing work at Philly Stir Fry Live on December 3rd from 6pm-Midnight. It's at Fifth Stone Studios, 2829 S. 18th St., Philadelphia

Some of the Recessive Traits paintings will be appearing in the December issue of the online magazine Mung Being*... the theme for this issue is consumerism and product affiliation, so these paintings are a pretty good fit!

I also have two paintings (Still Life with Recipes and Autumn) in a show at Cafe Olé
